4-5 Aralık 2021 Tarihlerinde Kâğıt Ortamda Düzenlenecek Lisanslama Sınavlarına İlişkin Fotoğraflı Sınav Giriş Belgelerinin Edinilmesi.

4-5 Aralık 2021 tarihlerinde kâğıt ortamda düzenlenecek olan sermaye piyasası faaliyetleri lisanslama sınavlarına başvuran adayların sınav yerleri belli olmuştur.

Adaylar, sınava girecekleri sınav ili, sınav yeri adresi, bina adı, salon ve sıra numarası bilgisini gösteren “Fotoğraflı Sınav Giriş Belgesi”ni T.C. Kimlik Numaraları ve şifreleriyle birlikte SPL Başvuru Sistemi’nden (basvuru.spl.com.tr) saat 16.00’dan itibaren edinebileceklerdir.

Covid-19 (Koronavirüs) salgınının önlenmesine yönelik olarak Kuruluşumuzca alınan tedbirler kapsamında sınav binasına girmeden önce adayların HES Kodu sorgulaması yapılacak olup sorgulama sonucu RİSKSİZ olan adaylar sınava alınacaktır.

Adaylar, HES Kodunun kaydını SPL Başvuru Sistemi üzerinden Fotoğraflı Sınav Giriş Belgesini alırken açılan ekrandan yapacaklardır. HES Kodunun geçerlilik bitiş tarihinin, sınav tarihinden daha ileri tarihli olması gerekmektedir.

HES Kodu girilmeden Fotoğraflı Sınav Giriş Belgesi alınamayacağından adayların HES kodunu önceden edinmiş olmaları gerekmektedir.

Adaylar, HES Kodunun edinilmesine ilişkin detaylı bilgilere Sağlık Bakanlığının https://hayatevesigar.saglik.gov.tr/ adresinden ulaşılabileceklerdir.

Adayların sınava girerken, “Fotoğraflı Sınav Giriş Belgesi” ile “4-5 Aralık 2021 Sermaye Piyasası Faaliyetleri Lisanslama Sınavları Kılavuzu”nda belirtilen aşağıda sıralanan geçerli kimlik belgelerinden en az birini yanlarında bulundurmaları gerekmektedir.

  • Fotoğraflı, soğuk damgalı ve T.C. Kimlik Numaralı Nüfus Cüzdanı,
  • T.C. Kimlik Kartı,
  • T.C. Kimlik Numaralı Sürücü Belgesi,
  • Süresi geçerli Pasaport,
  • Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti Kimlik Kartı,
  • Türk vatandaşlığından izinle ayrılanlar ve bunların kanuni mirasçılarına ait Mavi Kart,
  • Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü tarafından verilen fotoğraflı, imzalı, mühürlü ve süresi geçerli Geçici Kimlik Belgesi.
