Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun VII-128.7 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Faaliyette Bulunanlar İçin Lisanslama ve Sicil Tutmaya İlişkin Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ (Tebliğ)’inde değişiklik yapılmasına dair VII-128.7.e sayılı Tebliğ, 02.03.2022 tarihli ve 31766 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir.

Değişikliğin yapıldığı Tebliğ’in geçici 10’uncu maddesi kapsamında, Tebliğ’in 6’ncı maddesinin üçüncü fıkrası ve geçici 5’inci maddesinin birinci fıkrasına göre yatırım kuruluşlarında yardımcı sıfatıyla üç yıllık çalışma süresini dolduran, ancak bu maddenin yürürlük tarihi itibarıyla lisans almaya hak kazanamayanların çalışabilecekleri süre 31/1/2024 tarihine kadar uzatılmış olup söz konusu kişiler belirtilen tarihe kadar yardımcı sıfatıyla çalışabileceklerdir.
